Incorporating the nonperturbative effects of QCD, an effective potenti
al with confinement terms is derived. With it, we calculate the spectr
um of the ccBAR family and also evaluate GAMMA(e+e-), 1 3P(J) splittin
g and the electromagnetic transition rates. The results show that as t
he Borelization is taken, one can obtain values which are roughly cons
istent with experimental data, whereas without the Borelization the va
lues are quite apart from the data. In the process of calculations, th
ere are few free parameters, therefore the obtained results are of sig
nificance for understanding the underlying theory of the potential mod
el.
