Abstract
A total of 14,537 individuals representing 22 insect species were obta ined from 2204 cones of Abies alba Mill. The coenotic groups of insect s have been given and the indexes of domination (D), stability of inci dences (C), species diversity (d) and Agrell's index of species co-exi stence (Ag) have been calculated. Investigations were conducted during 1987-1992 in 14 compartments of the St. Cross Mts. National Parks in central Poland.
