Wz. Li et al., FINITE-TEMPERATURE OPTICAL CONDUCTIVITY OF THE 2-DIMENSIONAL HUBBARD-MODEL, Communications in Theoretical Physics, 22(3), 1994, pp. 273-276
The finite-temperature optical conductivity of the two-dimensional Hub
bard model is studied by means of the grand canonical quantum Monte Ca
rlo method. Results are reported for the half-filled and nonhalf-fille
d band. The formation and variation of Hubbard gap are observed. For t
he half-filled band case, our results support that there exists a high
-temperature insulator-metal transition.
