Abstract
The pion-nucleus double charge exchange (DCX) transition matrix elemen t is under consideration in the framework of QCD. The interactions inc luding the perturbative effect and nonperturbative contribution gluon condensate and quark condensate in the DCX process are discussed. The interaction operators are given.
