In this paper we apply General System Logical Theory (GSLT) [Resconi a
nd Jessel 1986; Fatmi et al., 1990] to the Theory of Markovian Checkin
g Testing Processes (MCTP) by O. Kazakov [1989]. This application give
s the possibility of finding new rules to compose probabilities for in
fluenced Markovian processes. The obtained results show that GSLT can
be used in a new special scientific field: the theory of Markovian che
cking processes. A remarkably successful result is that for the first
time, it will be possible to study, in a precise way, the influence ph
enomena in the theory of Markovian checking processes.
