This letter proposes the method using a filter to suppress the very la
rge noise obstructive to the radio pulsar surveys. This noise suppress
ion filter is constructed from the average of the amplitude spectrum o
f pulsar signal for each channel. Using this method, the dispersion me
asure, one of the important parameters in the pulsar surveys, can easi
ly be extracted.
