Abstract
Derivation of the multifluid equations bg means of the Chapman-Enskog method is considered. The forces of inter-species friction and the rat es of energy exchange due to elastic collisions are calculated taking into account the effect of the relative motion of the species and of t he non-equality of their temperatures on the frequency of inter-specie s collisions.
