Abstract
The first thiadiazine acyclonucleosides has been prepared, and so acyc lic glycosylation of the SO2 analog of 6-methyluracil has been achieve d. Regioselective deprotection of thiadiazine diacyclonucleoside has b een performed by a combined strategy of enzyme-catalyzed hydrolysis-ac ylation.
