Abstract
The palladium-catalyzed olefination of different anilines with ethylen e is shown to proceed generally in good yields. The substituted styren es were obtained highly selective in a direct tandem diazotization Hec k reaction at room temperature under atmospheric pressure of ethylene without concomitant side reaction to stilbenes.
