Abstract
For a control process governed by a differential equation a special co ntrollability property is studied. We consider relay controls, that is , piecewise constant scalar controls whose absolute value is constant, and we give sufficient conditions for the controllability by means of relay controls with a minimum number of switches or with a constant a mplitude.
