Abstract
We describe two cases with sarcoidosis affecting upper respiratory tra ct. This uncommon localization, may occur in patients with previously diagnosed sarcoidosis, but it may be the first or the only manifestati on of the disease. A severe upper airway obstruction can occur, necess itating urgent tracheostomy. Systemic corticosteroid therapy is the tr eatment of choice in most cases.
