A simple numerical method for calculating paths of creeping rays aroun

d is that the path of creeping ray is iteratively determined from init
ial values of incident point and incident direction of the creeping ra
y without solving differential equation of geodesic path. As the numer
ical examples, the path of creeping ray on the prolate spheroid and th
e resonance path of natural modes are shown.
