Abstract
Malignant rhabdoid tumor was originally described and is most commonly reported in the kidney [1-5]. A case of primary central nervous syste m malignant rhabdoid tumor is presented. The clinical and pathologic f indings are presented and the computed tomography and magnetic resonan ce imaging findings are described.
