Abstract
Three new cytotoxic and antimicrobial peptides, discodermins F (6), G (7), and H (8), have been isolated from the marine sponge Discodermia kiiensis. The structures of 6-8 were determined by interpretation of s pectral data and chemical degradation. Structures of discodermins A-D were revised on the basis of NMR data and protein sequence analysis.
