Abstract
The Al/HD/MC/Au sandwich-type photovoltaic cell exhibits a relatively large photocurrent quantum yield of 39% at 445 nm when illuminated wit h the light of 21.5 mu Wcm(-2) intensity at the Al/HD interface, where MC and HD represent enzolylidine)ethylidene]-2-thioxo-4-thiazolidinon e and a heterodimer consisting of ,10,15-tri(4-chlorophenyl)-20-(3-pyr idyl)porphyrin (H(2)pyp(3)p(Cl)) and 0,15,20-tetra(2,5-dimethoxyphenyl )porphyrinatozinc (Zntpp(OMe)(2)), respectively.
