Abstract
Magnetic tapes are multilayered composites. Each of the component laye rs have distinctly different material properties. In this paper, an an alytical model to obtain Green's functions for steady-state deflection of multilayered composites is presented. Parametric influences on the laminated tape deflections are investigated.
