Abstract
It is shown that, in spite of the introduction of an adaptive meshing along the normal to the wall plane, the micromagnetic calculation of 2 D symmetrical Neel walls in ultra-thin films still requires a large nu mber of mesh points before reaching numerical stability, in opposition to the 1D case.
