Abstract
The synthesis and reactivity of diazomethylenephosphoranes 2, bis(phos phanyl)carbodiimide 5, and N-phosphanyl nitrilimine 10 are presented. The synthesis of transient N-phosphanyl isodiazirine 19 and its rearra ngement into 1,3,2 lambda(5)-diazaphosphete 20 are discussed.
