Abstract
We investigate the DFWM efficiency of molecules m(1) and m(2) belongin g to two groups of analogues of tetrathiafulvalene (TTF): ethylenic TT F and hyper-TTF derivatives. The molecules m(1) and m(2) display respe ctively linear and saturable absorption (SA). The hyperpolarisability value is found 23 as large in hyper-TTF molecules m(2) than in the eth ylenic TTF derivative m(1).
