Abstract
A 1.5-mu-m, four-wavelength DFB laser array operating at a speed of 10 Gb/s and with a continuous tuning range of 5 nm for each laser has be en demonstrated. An adjacent channel electrical crosstalk penalty of 0 .6 dB was measured, and the thermal tuning limitation was identified.
