Abstract
A method was presented for estimating the surface activity of organic compounds at the electrode/solution interface in different solvents wh ich involves a consideration of the interactions between the adsorbate molecules in bulk on one hand and between the solvent molecules on th e other hand. The psi-factor was selected as the criterion for these i nteractions. Experimental data were reported which confirm this approa ch.
