Abstract
The speciation of organometallic compounds using Inductively Coupled P lasma Mass Spectrometry (ICP-MS) as a detector is reviewed. Two differ ent methodologies have been developped: separative extraction and liqu id or gas chromatography, coupled with ICP-MS. The main experimental c onditions described in each paper are listed. Selectivity of the metho ds, detection limits, chromatographic parameters, experimental conditi ons of ICP-MS and interferences are discussed.
