Abstract
A study is made of the exchange of phosphate anions for Cl-, NO3-, and SO42- ions on Fiban AK-22-1 aminocarboxylic fibrous ion exchanger at a fixed pH. The occurrence of the phosphate as variously charged ions at various pHs makes the exchange reactions more complex. The contents of dihydro- and hydrophosphate anions in the phase of the ion exchang er is calculated as influenced by the solution composition.
