Abstract
Specific features of formation, under the conditions of microplasma an odizing, of oxide coatings on the surface of aluminum and its copper-c ontaining alloy in potassium hexafluorozirconate solution were investi gated. The possibility of using microplasma anodizing to obtain on the surface of aluminum and its alloys the coatings consisting of zirconi um dioxide (two crystalline modifications), amorphous aluminum oxide, and a small amount of its crystalline phase was studied.
