Abstract
Three different cationic polyurethane dispersions were synthesized and their adhesive properties tested on polyvinyl chloride/polyvinyl chlo ride, polyurethane/natural leather and rubber/natural leather systems. In some cases the dispersions were cross-linked during bonding. The k inetics of the cross-linking reaction were studied by infra-red spectr oscopy and differential scanning calorimetry.
