Abstract
The future of arthroscopy as an intervention in the management of pati ents with arthritis will depend largely on developments in technology and wider use of the procedure. With the capability of performing offi ce arthroscopy, large-scale clinical studies will help improve both th e diagnosis and management or rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
