Abstract
The herpesvirus infections (herpes simplex, varicella, and cytomegalov irus) create many dilemmas when encountered during pregnancy. This art icle reviews the epidemiologic diagnosis and management of perinatal h erpesvirus infections. A review of possible future trends is also incl uded.
