Abstract
For the first time we calculate ab initio values of the asymmetry para meter-beta for double photoionization and obtain agreement with experi ment. The suggestion that the measurements do not agree with the Wanni er predictions of Greene and Huetz et al. is shown to be not substanti ated by our calculations.
