Abstract
A patient of lepromatous leprosy, who received a high dose of clofazim ine as part of multidrug therapy, for chronic erythema nodosum leprosu m (ENL) had frequent 'haemoptysis'. The haemoptysis was later found to be due to expectoration of clofazimine. This interesting, and perhaps first case of such an occurrence, is reported.
