Abstract
Considerations which have lead to the design of the Siemens biomagneti c multichannel system are discussed. Algorithms developed for data eva luation include removal of periodic signals, averaging of sporadic eve nts, and separation of background activity. Means are described to fus e biomagnetic locations with three-dimensional medical images.
