Abstract
Report concerning an en-bloc-resection of right lower lobe of the lung , diaphragm, right lobe of the liver, right adrenal gland, parts of th e chestwall and a fistula for alveolar echinococcus. Combined postoper ative treatment with mebendazole. More than 4 years postoperatively no evidence of a recurrency.
