Abstract
Female C3H/He mice carrying the mammary tumor virus (MTV) were monitor ed for mammary tumor incidence and latent periods while submitted to a daily subcutaneous injection with cocaine (0,5 mg/kg/day). Results sh ow that cocaine caused an increase in incidence and a decrease in late ncy of tumors compared with placebo.
