Abstract
We present the case of a 55-year-old patient who presented with a peni le metastasis of a left-sided, clear-cell renal-cell carcinoma as the first symptom of the primary disease. At the time of diagnosis, the tu mor had disseminated into the lungs, brain and peritoneum. The patient received palliative treatment and died 3 months after diagnosis.
