Abstract
A single specimen of palinurid lobster, possibly Linuparus, from Plioc ene rocks on Marine Plain, Princess Elizabeth Land, documents the only post-Miocene occurrence of decapod crustaceans in the Antarctic. The badly crushed, partial remains, probably an exuvia, are encrusted with the serpulid worm, Spirorbis Daudin.
