Abstract
The osteosynthesis of proximal humerus fractures with the commonly use d plates is often critical because of the small space subacromial, the irritation of the blood supply by the broad paltes and the poor proxi mal anchorage without angle stability. The osteosynthesis with a child ren hip plate or a angleplate like modified DC-plate is thought to be a reliable alternative.
