Abstract
It has been established that the coexistence of chemical species struc turally different from cerium, is a direct consequence of the time tak en for its preparation. Its practical applications, within the scope o f purifying uranium, may constitute the most important technological a spect in the process or ionic exchange, to separate Ce-141 from uraniu m.
