ZnTSPP/TiO2, GaTSPc/TiO2 and co-adsorbed ZnTSPP, GaTSPc/TiO2 electrode
s have been prepared, The spectroscopic and photovoltaic properties of
these electrodes have been studied, The results indicate that the ele
ctrode co-adsorbed with porphyrin and phthalocyanine can not only expe
nd the spectra of photo-current action, but also enhance the efficienc
y of the incident-photon-current-conversion (IPCE), especially enhance
the efficiency of IPCE of GaTSPc. This is because the aggregates of G
aTSPc have no the;sensitization effect, and the aggregates of GaTSPc d
ecrease by co-adsorption of porphyrin and phthalocyanine, so the sensi
tization effect ability of phthalocyanine is increased signification.
