Under the conditions of the higher surface pressure and deposition spe
ed, ordered organic/CdS nanaparticles complex film was prepared by the
reaction of cadmium stearate and H2S. ''All trans'' conformation of -
CH2- can be kept well alter reaction which is thought to form nanoorde
r organic-inorganic superlattice material, Bragg(001) diffraction peak
s can be observed by means of X-ray diffract ion related to 5.02 nm of
the long period, The order property of LE complex film was shown acco
rding to the result of infrared spectrum, The band gap (E(g)) of CdS n
anoparticle is 3.46 eV which increases 1.04 eV comparable to that of t
he bulk material (2.42 eV) from the result of UV-V is spectrum.
