Sa. Kabakchi et Vl. Bugaenko, MATHEMATICAL-MODELING OF RADIOLYSIS OF LIQUID WATER AT HIGH-TEMPERATURES, High energy chemistry, 26(5), 1992, pp. 319-323
The results of a calculation experiment to define the parameters that
determine the level of steady-state concentrations of hydrogen, oxygen
, and hydrogen peroxide in gamma-radiolysis of water at 298-523 K in a
closed system are reported. It was shown that the yields of primary p
roducts of radiolysis of water as a function of the temperature have a
weak effect on the steady-state concentration at high temperatures. T
he activation energy of diffusion-controlled reactions as a function o
f the temperature has a very pronounced effect.
