Abstract
Racemic 2,3-mono-O-cyclohexylidene-myo-inositol (1) was efficiently re solved by enzymatic esterification in organic solvent and a new practi cal route for synthesis of D-myo-inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (13) sta rted from the optically pure D-2,3-mono-O-cydobexylidene-myo-inositol (3) is described.
