Abstract
We report the MR findings of a biopsy-proven gliosarcoma of the poster ior cranial fossa. Multiple homogeneously enhancing lesions had shaggy margins and broad-based dural attachments, which may reflect the glio matous and sarcomatous element of this tumour.
