Abstract
Intrathymic T-cell migration and differentiation is not completely und erstood. Here, Wilson Savino and colleagues argue that certain interac tions between differentiating thymocytes and thymic epithelial cells a re mediated by extracellular matrix proteins and that these interactio ns influence intrathymic migration events and thymocyte differentiatio n.
