Abstract
Improvements in ultrasonography and computed tomography have led to th
e problem of 'adrenal incidentaloma', an asymptomatic adrenal mass dis
covered during investigation of some other problem. In the light of cu
rrent knowledge a management rationale for patients with such an adren
al abnormality is proposed.
