Abstract
The new alkaloids neolaugerine, isoneolaugerine and 15-hydroxyneolauge rine, possessing an original oxindole skeleton, have been isolated fro m the root bark of Neolaugeria resinosa. Their structures and stereoch emistry were established by chemical and spectroscopic methods, includ ing mass spectrometry, H-1, C-13, 2D and NOE NMR experiments.
