Abstract
Mono-, di-, and tri-staged methods of copolycondensation of the mixtur e of m-phenylenediamine and diaminoanthraquinones with isophthaloylchl oride have been studied. A fraction of bound chromophore diamine and m olecular mass of copolyamides formed have been shown to be defined by both basicity of initial diaminoanthraquinones and the copolycondensat ion method chosen. From the studies of physicomechanical, thermomechan ical and spectral-luminescent characteristics of structural colored co polyamides the conclusion has been drawn that introduction of chromoph ore groups into polyamide chain in concentrations of 0.5-1.0% does not practically affect its submolecular structure. Absorption and lumines cence spectra have been investigated of solutions and films of polymet haphenyleneisophthalamide with fragments of diaminoanthraquinones in t he chain, as well as those of aminobenzoylamine derivatives and dibenz oylamine derivatives simulating chromophore links of polymer chain. Ch aracter of alternation of chromophore groups in macromolecules has bee n established from comparative analysis of spectral and luminescence p roperties of the above structures.
