Abstract
New spiroheterocyclic systems, eburnane-14-spiro-5'-oxazolidinedione, eburnane-14-spiro-4'-imidazolidinedione and related compounds were pre pared by reacting vincamine stereoisomers or 14-desoxy-14-aminovincami nes with alkyl isocyanates. Stereostructures of the new compounds were proved by H-1 and C-13 NMR spectroscopy, including DR, DNOE, DEPT and 2D HSC measurements.
