Abstract
Pb-activated outward current vas investigated in intracellularly perfu sed, isolated snail neurons. Pb-ions induced non-inactivating but reve rsible current (I(Pb)). The I(Pb) showed concentration dependence. The I-V curve was linear with negative slope and the I(Pb) proved to be N a-dependent.
