Toxic epidermal necrolysis is a mucocutaneous disease that also causes
important ocular sequelae. Conjunctival retraction, scars and sicca s
yndrome with severe corneal lesions are the principal ocular complicat
ions, sometimes resulting in a major handicap for the patient. We repo

ing a keratoplasty more than 20 years after the initial attack.
