Abstract
An asymptomatic case of rudimentary horn pregnancy diagnosed by ultras ound is presented. This potentially lethal condition requires clinical suspicion, and ultrasound can be used to confirm the diagnosis. Excis ion of the rudimentary horn is recommended to prevent maternal mortali ty.
