Abstract
Infectious complications associated with the use of Teflon felt buttre sses in left ventricular aneurysm repair may result in serious morbidi ty. Use of an autologous pericardial patch is an alternative approach that should be considered. The technique, which we have used in 4 pati ents, is described.
